You know how some people tell you secrets...And they want you to keep it a secret;
At what point can u determine that a secret should be told?
Is it when its about someone u know/love/care for?
Or is it when you just feel like telling somebody?
My theory: I believe that we need to share secrets when they are hazardous to one's health or even to someone else! You know?

well we all know that secrets are rarely kept...especially where we reside...its to your discretion and your choice to detail and to who u tell...

hmm.. i think ppl tell u secrets because they feel they can trust u enough to tell u something that important.
you just have to b careful that u only tell secrets to a trustworthy person!
